LG 42LD450 Review
TVs are overpriced. People spend thousands of dollars for the newest, great TV now with more features. For me it always comes down to image quality and the price paid. This is where the LD450 beats all. Great picture, great functions for a low price. I am not particularly like LG as a brand since I’ve come across a dysfunctional DVD player a few years ago. Because of the LD450 has shifted my opinion of LG.
You do not get much in the box, but a fairly good control, a manual and of course the TV set with stand. The design of the TV is quite boring: a black plastic plate around a large black LCD screen. However, there is an indicator light in the lower right corner to show when the TV is on or off. This can be disabled, and that’s good. Buttons and connectors are all on the back and sides, nothing can be seen from the front. There are two HDMI inputs in total, and while that might not be enough for some, it’s enough for me. Sound is decent with the 2x10W of hidden speakers. There is only one optical audio output for connectivity and that can be a problem for junkies to be sound.

LG 50PX950 Plasma 3D TV Review
LG is an ambitious brand. After the number one in the U.S. for mobile phones the company is focusing its attention on television: It wants the number one there too. And it hopes to achieve this by offering as the PX950 plasma TVs and the upcoming LEX8 LCD.
Design
LG has a few different design features in the last few years, with the most obvious is limitless, and a secondary aesthetic to what we call “glass painting”. The new 50PX950 connects these two.
With the PX950, you get a flush screen with a “hidden” like the LX9500 LCD bezel, but at the edges, it goes on the blue theme of the previous plasma range – even if not entirely successful, it is subtle. For closer inspection of the fit and finish not like television sets from premium rivals.
